As was the case before Delve Stacey Agnew existed, the full range of services offered by Stacey Agnew globally remain available to projects in the US, and anywhere else for that matter.
Delve Stacey Agnew, and before that Stacey Agnew McMillen Jacobs (SAMJ), was a jointly held company between Delve Underground and Stacey Agnew, providing underground ventilation, fire safety and fire engineering in the US market since 2019. Stacey Agnew has successfully prosecuted several US projects, either as a subcontractor to Delve Underground, or through Delve Stacey Agnew:

Prior to Stacey Agnew, Conrad Stacey and Nick Agnew produced underground ventilation and fire safety designs and analyses for several US and American projects, including:
- WTC PATH terminus station in Manhattan,
- Pittsburgh North Shore Connector
- Tuscarora road tunnel refurbishment in Pennsylvania
- Denver Union Station Bus Terminus, and
- Caracas Metro.
Regarding road tunnel ventilation, on fire safety and smoke control, the Australian-Austrian Beyer Stacey Brenn (2024) equations have been adopted in the 2026 edition of the US standard NFPA 502 (Annex D). So, we are at the forefront of underground ventilation and smoke control in the US.
