This event provided a Snowy 2.0 project update and some insights into the current construction activities. Key learning outcomes and takeaways relate to project knowledge, risk sharing mechanism, TBM measurements, progress and performance tracking tools as well as ground characterisation. Snowy 2.0 is a pumped hydro scheme linking two existing reservoirs, characterised through 27km of waterway tunnels, with a total of 40km of tunnelling works and an power station located 800m underground.
